What we don't do
We're a scheduled online clinic. These boundaries exist to protect you and our clinical standards.
No unexpected calls
We communicate by email only. We won't call you unless you've explicitly arranged and confirmed a call in writing.
Not a crisis service
We work with scheduled sessions — not emergency interventions. If you're in crisis, please contact Samaritans (116 123) or emergency services.
No referral required
You don't need a GP letter or a prior diagnosis to contact us or book a session. All self-referrals are welcome.

We respond to all enquiries within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday. If you send a message over the weekend, you'll hear from us early the following week. For faster access, you can book and pay directly online.
Yes — absolutely. Select "Russian / Русский" as your preferred language in the form and we'll respond in Russian. All our services, including clinical sessions and written reports, are available in both English and Russian.
Yes. All enquiries are handled confidentially under GDPR. Your name, email, and message are used solely to process and respond to your enquiry. Data is stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers and never shared with third parties.
We welcome GP referrals and work alongside insurers in a documentation capacity. We don't direct-bill insurers, but we provide documentation for reimbursement claims. Use the "For professionals" tab for referral enquiries.
No. Self-referrals are welcome. You don't need a prior diagnosis, a GP letter, or any documentation. If you're unsure where to start, the Intro Call (€49) is designed precisely for that.
