Clinical Assessment

A diagnosis is a coordinate,
not a verdict.

Most people arrive here after years of therapy that managed symptoms without resolving them. Before anything can be built differently, you need to know precisely what you are working with.

Two depths. One clinical standard.

The format differs based on the complexity of your presentation. The standard of the interview, the instruments used, and the report you receive — identical in rigour.

Standard vs Extended

What the €170 difference actually buys.

Not a longer session. A deeper clinical picture. The rows marked E+ are only available in the Extended format — they exist because some presentations cannot be accurately diagnosed without them.

Instruments are not predetermined — they are selected for you

The psychometric tools used in your assessment are not a fixed list applied uniformly. They are selected at the session based on what you bring — your history, your presentation, what you are trying to understand. Internationally validated instruments only.

Report turnaround

When five days is too long.

Standard turnaround covers the majority of situations. Express exists for when the assessment outcome affects a decision with a near-term deadline — without any change to the report standard.

Use the filter to confirm which format applies. If your condition appears under E+, the Extended format is clinically required — not a preference.

After the assessment

What having a number actually changes.

Not outcomes from therapy. Observations from people who completed an assessment and chose to describe what shifted once they had a precise clinical picture.

PCL-5 · PTSD severity
5829

I had been in therapy for six years. No one had ever given me a number. When I saw 58 — and then understood what it meant — something settled. The Extended Assessment was the first document I had read about myself that felt accurate.

I came only for the insurance report. But the recommendations were specific enough that I actually followed them. Two things that had been stuck for years have moved since then.

Previous therapists had disagreed about what I had. The Extended Assessment produced a formal differential diagnosis — the first document that said precisely what was primary, what was secondary, and what the right treatment sequence would be.

Seven yearsFirst accurate map

Seven years of therapy. The Standard Assessment took one afternoon and produced a report that explained why nothing had worked. I took it to a new therapist. We are now working from a plan.

Scores shown are validated clinical instruments. Score changes shown reflect outcomes after subsequent therapy, not the assessment itself. Outcomes vary by individual.

Before you book

Questions with direct answers.

Clinical questions get addressed at the Intro Call. These are the practical ones most people want answered before they get there.

Assessments are conducted in person. Clinical interviews, structured observation, and psychometric instruments all produce more reliable data face-to-face — particularly for presentations involving dissociation, personality structure, or complex trauma. Online assessment introduces measurement error that can affect diagnostic accuracy.
No. You can book directly — no referral, no waiting list, no form to submit elsewhere first. If you have previous assessments or clinical letters you would like reviewed, you are welcome to share them with the intake form. Useful. Never required.
The decision depends on what you are presenting with, not on how serious things feel. Standard covers PTSD, anxiety, depression in a trauma context, grief, and acute stress. Extended is clinically required when conditions overlap, when previous assessments were inconclusive, or when the presentation has resisted multiple prior treatments. If uncertain, the Intro Call is the appropriate first step.
You do. The report is delivered to you directly — by email and to your secure portal. No one else receives it without your explicit written instruction. Not insurers, employers, or your GP. Transfer to another clinician requires your initiation.
Yes. Many people come for diagnostic clarity alone — to finally have a documented answer, to obtain a report for an external purpose, or to take the recommendations to a different specialist. No follow-up pressure. No sales process after you receive the report.
Some presentations genuinely sit at diagnostic thresholds. That is not an error — it is a clinically accurate finding, documented as such. The report explains precisely what the data shows, where confidence is high, where it is lower, and what the appropriate path forward looks like given that ambiguity.
All clinical data is stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers with end-to-end encryption. Never shared with third parties. Never processed outside the EU. You have full GDPR rights at any time — access, correction, restriction, portability, and deletion.
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following your last contact — standard clinical practice under professional guidelines. During that period you retain full rights to your data. Transfer to any clinician or institution requires only your instruction.

Not yet certain which format is right?

The Intro Call is a structured 60-minute clinical conversation — not a sales call. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and recommend the most appropriate starting point. The €49 fee is credited in full against any assessment you then book.

Diagnostics is where clarity begins.
The map is not the territory — but you need the map.

You have read the formats, the process, the policies. What remains is one decision.

No referral required. Intro Call fee credited in full. No obligation to continue.
