Acceptance of Terms
By using mentallect.com or booking our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These Terms may be updated. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Services
Mentallect provides the following types of services:
- Clinical assessment — structured evaluation using validated instruments
- Psychotherapy — structured work using the Mental Engineering method
- Introductory consultations — brief orientation sessions (15 minutes)
All services are provided exclusively online. We do not offer in-person services.
Important: Mentallect is not a crisis service. If life is at risk, call 999 (UK) or 112 (EU), or contact Samaritans: 116 123.
Medical Limitations
Our services do not replace emergency psychiatric care. We do not work with clients in an acute psychotic state or with active high-risk suicidal ideation.
If a situation requiring emergency intervention arises during our work, the Mentallect specialist will refer you to the appropriate services.
