Not refundable — covers the 60-minute clinical consultation. If you proceed to book any assessment or therapy package within 30 days, the €49 is fully credited toward your first payment.

At this time, all services are paid in full at booking. If this is a concern, the Intro Call (€49) and Single Session (€180) are available as lower entry points. We're evaluating instalment plans for future availability.

We don't bill insurance directly, but many clients successfully claim reimbursement. We provide a detailed clinical receipt and letter of service on request. Check your policy for "specialist psychological assessment" and "online therapy."

Unused sessions remain valid for 12 months from purchase. If you need to stop treatment entirely, we'll refund unused sessions minus a 10% administration fee.

Not required to begin. However, a formal assessment significantly improves protocol selection. We're transparent: assessments improve outcomes, but you can start therapy directly.

Protocol-based therapy is structured across a defined number of sessions. Packs allow us to schedule efficiently and commit to a programme. The savings reflect that mutual commitment, not a sales tactic.

Standard turnaround: 5 business days from assessment date. Express option (2 business days) available for Standard and Extended at +€70.

Yes — ADHD and ASD assessments follow a distinct multi-clinician pathway and are priced as separate packages (Tier 1/2). Not covered by Standard/Extended pricing. Express add-on not available for Specialised packages.
