Sessions priced by the protocol, not by the hour.
Each Deep Session runs 110–130 minutes across three defined phases. The format was built around what clinical work actually requires — not what a billing system finds convenient.
Transparent pricing. Nothing to decode.
All packages include the same session structure, the same written summaries, the same clinical rigour. What changes is the depth of work the format allows.

What a Deep Session actually contains
The format doesn't change based on which package you choose. Every session has the same architecture — from the first to the last.
Session structure
- Check-in — ~15 min. Current state, agenda confirmed.
- Intervention — 75–90 min. Protocol-driven. No improvisation.
- Consolidation — ~15 min. Grounding, summary, next session agenda.
- Total: 110–130 minutes. Enough time to go somewhere meaningful.
Written documentation
- Session summary within 24 hours of each session.
- Initial Clinical Report after assessment.
- Progress Report at end of each treatment cycle.
- Completion Document when the programme concludes.
Measurable care approach
- Standardised baseline before session one. You know your entry point.
- Validated instruments: PCL-5, IES-R, GAD-7 (assigned to presentation).
- Current scores compared to baseline at each review. Numbers, not impressions.
- All documents stored in your secure portal. They're yours.
Which package fits your situation?
Four common starting points. Each points toward a package based on clinical logic — not upselling.
"I want to begin and see what this format feels like before committing further."
A single session or 3-pack gives you structured contact with the method. You'll have baseline data, one or two documented sessions, and a clear read on whether to continue.
"I'm dealing with PTSD or complex trauma and know I need real depth."
Every case is different. Many clients with PTSD and serious presentations see significant changes within the first few cycles. The right number of sessions is something we determine at the Intro Call — based on your specific history and presentation. The 8-pack gives you one full cycle with two documented review points.
"There are multiple areas I want to work on — several years of material."
The 12-session pack creates enough space to address your primary concern in depth, then move toward secondary questions. It's the only package where we can hold more than one structured thread of work.
"I'm not sure how many sessions I need. How do I decide?"
You don't have to decide alone. The Intro Call is where we assess your presentation, discuss the appropriate protocol, and recommend a starting package based on what we learn — not on what's most profitable.
A note on session numbers and protocols
Every case is different. The numbers above reflect what clinical evidence typically suggests for structured protocol work — not what we guarantee for your situation.
What we can tell you: we measure where you begin. When the programme ends, you'll have documented evidence of where you are — and what changed between the two points.
Add-ons
Optional services that can be added to any package at any point in the programme.
Intro Call
€49
A structured 60-minute clinical call to assess fit, discuss your history, and determine the right package. Credited in full toward your first package.
Clinical Letter
€59
A formal letter for employers, insurers, or other clinicians. Turnaround: 5 working days. Drafted to clinical standard.
Priority Clinical Letter
€79
Same clinical standard, accelerated turnaround: 2 working days. For situations that require a documented response promptly.
Priority Slot
+€19
Next-day scheduling when standard availability doesn't align with your situation. Applied per session, not per package.
What happens if the data doesn't show progress?
We track results precisely so that we can answer this question with data — not reassurances. After each treatment cycle, we compare current scores against your baseline.
Three possible outcomes at a review point
None of these outcomes is a failure. They're data. Each one leads to a specific, documented next step — decided jointly.
Progress confirmed — continue
Scores show movement relative to baseline. The protocol continues or advances. Documented. Clear.
Data suggests a different approach
The protocol is adjusted based on what the numbers show. Objectives recalibrated. Next cycle begins with a revised plan.
A different format is recommended
If the data indicates a better fit elsewhere — residential, psychiatric, group — we say so directly. Unused sessions are returned. A Completion Document is provided for the receiving clinician.
Therapy without measurement is a conversation with no coordinates. You can feel like you're moving and be standing still.
The baseline exists so that your experience of progress is grounded in something external to mood and memory. When the cycle ends, we compare numbers — not impressions.
This format was built precisely for people who have spent years in therapy without knowing whether it was working. The answer is in the data.

Session windows are structured — because protocols require consistency to work. But the framework accommodates the unpredictability of real life.
Session windows by package
Pausing between cycles
Pausing is possible. Life doesn't stop for therapy — and we don't expect it to. If you need to step back between cycles, let us know in advance and we'll hold your remaining sessions and adjust your window accordingly.
What matters is that the pause is communicated in advance, not during the window. Let us know, and we'll confirm the adjusted schedule in writing.
A pause extends your session window accordingly. The clinical structure remains intact.
The terms. Stated clearly, without small print.
Clarity about conditions is part of the clinical relationship. These terms are designed to be readable, not negotiable.
Payment
Payment is made in full before work begins. There are no per-session charges, no instalment options. Stripe handles all transactions — your payment details are never stored on our systems.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- 48+ hours before: Full rescheduling, no charge.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% of the session fee is forfeited. The session can be rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours: The session is considered used. No refund, no carryover.
Right to withdraw
You may withdraw from the programme at any point. Unused sessions — calculated from the point of withdrawal — are refunded in full. A Completion Document is issued with the clinical record to date, regardless of stage.
Upgrading a package
If you want to extend your package mid-programme, that's straightforward. We'll discuss it when you're ready — no pressure, no sales call. The difference is invoiced at that point, and the validity window adjusts accordingly.
Confidentiality & GDPR
All session content is fully confidential. We operate under GDPR. Your data is never shared with third parties, never sold. You have the right to request, correct, or delete your records at any time.
Intro Call credit
The Intro Call fee of €49 is credited in full toward your first package, provided you proceed within 60 days of the call. Applied automatically — no code required, no request needed.
What people notice after structured work
These are not outcome guarantees. They are documented observations from people who completed at least one full treatment cycle.
"I'd been in therapy for four years. I didn't think numbers could capture what I'd been through — but seeing the score drop was different from just feeling better. It was evidence."
"What I appreciated most was the written summary after every session. I could read it the next day when I was calmer. It helped me understand what had actually happened in the room."
"I expected to feel skeptical throughout. But the structure removed the uncertainty. I always knew what the session was for, and what would happen next. That alone was therapeutic."
"After six years of open-ended therapy, the 12-session structure felt radical. An endpoint that wasn't failure — just completion. I hadn't experienced that before."
"The Progress Report after session 4 showed measurable change that I hadn't consciously registered. It recalibrated how I understood my own progress."
"I came in deeply skeptical. The baseline assessment was the first time a clinician had actually measured where I was starting from. Everything that followed was anchored to that."
"I used the 3-pack first to see if the method made sense for me. It did. I upgraded to 8 sessions immediately after the first cycle review. The data made the decision easy."
"I'd had therapy that felt important for years. This felt important and I could see it working. That's a different thing entirely."
"The session summaries were something I didn't expect to value so much. Being able to re-read what we'd done — when I was ready — changed how I processed the sessions."
"What I didn't expect: finishing. A clear endpoint with a document that summarised the work. Not because we ran out of things to say — because we'd done what we came to do."
Scores shown are validated clinical instruments used at entry and at programme completion. Outcomes vary by individual and presentation.
Questions about packages and payment
Specific questions about the clinical process are answered on How It Works. These are the financial and logistical ones.
Our approach is built around focused work on one primary concern at a time. The clearest, most measurable results come when the work isn't scattered across multiple threads. For packages of 1–8 sessions, we stay with your core issue — the one that brought you here. The 12-session package creates enough depth to address your primary concern thoroughly, and then move toward a secondary question you may want to explore.
Pausing is possible. Life doesn't stop for therapy — and we don't expect it to. If you need to step back between cycles, let us know in advance and we'll hold your remaining sessions and adjust your window accordingly. The clinical structure stays intact; the schedule shifts to accommodate your situation.
Payment is made in full before work begins. The full package fee is settled upfront — there are no per-session charges or instalment options. This is a deliberate choice: it removes transaction friction from the clinical relationship and allows us to focus on the work.
Yes. If at any point in the programme you want to extend your package, we can discuss that when you're ready. There's no pressure and no sales conversation — just a straightforward invoice for the difference, and an adjusted session window.
The Intro Call is priced at €49 separately — but that fee is credited in full toward your first package. It's not an additional cost if you proceed. If you do not go on to purchase a package, you've paid €49 for a structured 60-minute clinical assessment of your situation.
Each package has a defined validity window: 6 weeks for the 3-pack, 10 weeks for the 5-pack, 16 weeks for the 8-pack, and 12 months for the 12-session pack. Unused sessions within that window remain available. Sessions are not carried forward beyond the validity period — but pausing the window is possible if circumstances require it.
Yes. If you've read enough to know you want to begin, you can book a package directly. We'd still recommend the Intro Call first — it's how we assess which protocol fits your presentation and which package makes clinical sense. But if you'd prefer to start with a Deep Session, that option is available.
The work has a structure. The first step has a time.
You've read the packages, the policies, the process. What remains is the decision. If you're ready — or ready to find out whether this is the right format for your situation — the Intro Call is where that conversation happens.
